Do You Ship Internationally?

  • Yes! We ship worldwide. We are not responsible for duties, taxes, and fees to orders being delivered to Canada. If you have troubles making a purchase due to shipments please email support@urbansportsculture.com and or DM via our social media handles

 

How long is shipping?

You may experience fewer updates during transit or show no movement until your order reaches your local delivery hub. We’re working closely with our delivery partners to ensure your order is in transit and arrives as soon as possible!

Standard Shipping: 20-30 PLUS business days with a flat rate charge of $10.00 or $20 for overseas

Please note:  Due to global health events beyond our control 17track, 4px, DHL, USPS, and FedEx are currently experiencing shipping delays. Your package may be held by the carrier for delivery at a later date while they work to keep safety top of mind. Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once your order has been shipped by our team, and reach out to the carrier for more details if your order is delayed.

 

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

  • To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
