Will I Receive A Tracking Number?

  • Our products are custom made and we try to keep low stock inventory to none. It may take up to 7-10 business days to make/ship our custom branded items.
  • Yes, you will automatically be emailed a tracking number typically within 7-10 days but can also take longer as we prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day. We need time to prepare the orders before shipping, and due to strict quality-control tests and carefully package . This is separate from the delivery time. If you do not receive a tracking number please email us at
  • Please note: total delivery time = preparing time ( 7-10 working days ) + delivery time


Do You Ship Internationally?

  • Yes! We ship worldwide. We are not responsible for duties, taxes, and fees to orders being delivered to Canada. If you have troubles making a purchase due to shipments please email and or DM via our social media handles


How long is shipping?

You may experience fewer updates during transit or show no movement until your order reaches your local delivery hub. We’re working closely with our delivery partners to ensure your order is in transit and arrives as soon as possible!

Standard Shipping: 10-15 PLUS business days with a flat rate charge of $10.00

Please note:  Due to global health events beyond our control 17track, 4px, DHL, USPS, and FedEx are currently experiencing shipping delays. Your package may be held by the carrier for delivery at a later date while they work to keep safety top of mind. Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once your order has been shipped by our team, and reach out to the carrier for more details if your order is delayed.


Multiple Shipments

To better service our clients, we ship merchandise as they are completed from our  warehouses. You might receive multiple shipments when your order contains multiple products  You will receive notification via email when your tracking becomes available for your multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment.  If you are receiving your order in multiple shipments.


Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery, (4) incorrect address is input at time of check out

  • To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that are not picked up by the customer and are sent back.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
